RETURNS

All stock items (that have not been personalised) such as charms and cufflinks can be returned for a full refund or exchange provided you have given us written notice within seven working days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage. You must notify customer care in writing by either email customercare@evalondon.com or phone +44 (0)20 7148 7060.

On receipt of your notification, customer care will email you a Returns number and confirm return instructions. Please include the Returns number on the outside of your package so that we can process your refund promptly. We recommend that you insure the return delivery as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any loss or damage to them until they are received by us. We also recommend that you use a trackable and secure means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

All returned items should be sent in their original packaging. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.

 

Please be aware that all made to order items are non returnable. We do our best to ensure that all of our descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Since our jewellery is individually handcrafted, each one is unique and as such may vary slightly from the images shown. All stated dimensions are approximations only. If you are at all ensure about dimensions or custom options please contact us for clarification.
