Custom-made items - production time

Please note that some of our items are custom-made and as such will involve a production period before they are despatched. Please check the individual product page for production time if you are unsure. Most of our custom-items take approximately 8-10 weeks to make and tracking updates will be as follows:

- when the item is finished and due to go for hallmarking (at which stage an estimate despatch window is advised)

- on despatch with courier tracking details.

In the meantime, if you would like any further details on the status of your order please get in touch. 


Can I make changes to my order?

The delivery address can be changed at any point prior to 9am on the date of despatch. It is also possible to amend the details of your ring order within 3 working days from the date of order submission. After this point, we will strive to accommodate any changes but cannot guarantee them. Please contact us to make an enquiry.

 

My ordered has not arrived, what should I do?

All orders can be tracked on www.dhl.com using tracking information sent to you when the package has been despatched. If you are having any trouble tracking your item please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.
