All stock items (such as charms and cufflinks) that don’t require personalisation are despatched the same day (if ordered before 12pm). Please check individual product pages to confirm which items are stock items.

All graduation rings are individually made according to the unique design you have chosen, and then hallmarked by the Assay Office to guarantee its quality. Estimated production and hallmarking time is 6-10 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Each ring is made to your preferences and while rings are typically despatched within 6-8 weeks, production times can vary due to the customisable options and may take longer during busy periods.
