DELIVERY
Our standard courier is Royal Mail, who deliver worldwide via Airmail. All packages are covered by insurance during transit and require a signature on receipt.
UK Delivery
- £5 delivery via First Class Recorded Signed For
Most packages arrive next working day using this service. A signature will be required on receipt and confirmation of delivery is provided at royalmail.com.
- £8 delivery via Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Working Day before 1pm
Delivery is guaranteed before 1pm on the next working day after despatch. A signature will be required on receipt and this service is fully trackable.
EU Delivery
- £9 delivery via Royal Mail Airsure
Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-3 working days to Western Europe and 4-5 working days to Eastern Europe, though this is not guaranteed. You will be able to track the progress of your packet in UK and after it has been handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. The package will have electronic delivery confirmation.
- £9 delivery via Royal Mail International Signed For
Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 working days to Western Europe and 5 working days to Eastern Europe, though this is not guaranteed. The package will be tracked until it leaves the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. The following countries will have tracking overseas: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
- £20 - £30 Delivery via Fedex Economy
Fedex deliver within 2-5 working days (depending on country). The package will be fully trackable throughout transit and will need a signature on receipt.
- £30 - £38 Delivery via Fedex Priority
Fedex deliver within 1-3 working days (depending on country). The package will be fully trackable throughout transit and will need a signature on receipt.
Outside EU Delivery
- £12 delivery via Royal Mail Airsure
Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2-3 working days to Western Europe, 4-5 working days to Eastern Europe and 6-7 working days to the rest of the world, though this is not guaranteed. You will be able to track the progress of your packet in UK and after it has been handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. The package will have electronic delivery confirmation.
- £12 delivery via Royal Mail International Signed For
Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 working days to Western Europe, 5 working days to Eastern Europe and 7 working days to the rest of the world, though this is not guaranteed. The package will be tracked until it leaves the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. The following countries will have tracking overseas: Japan.
- £22 - £30 Delivery via Fedex Economy
Fedex deliver within 2-5 working days (depending on country). The package will be fully trackable throughout transit and will need a signature on receipt.
- £26 - £45 Delivery via Fedex Priority
Fedex deliver within 1-4 working days (depending on country). The package will be fully trackable throughout transit and will need a signature on receipt.

How long will my ring take to arrive?
Your ring will be individually made for you and then hallmarked by the Assay Office. Estimated production and hallmarking time is 8-10 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Following despatch, shipping times will vary according to the destination country:
- Within UK - delivery next working day from despatch.
- Western Europe - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days from despatch.
- Eastern Europe - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 4 working days from despatch.
- Rest of World - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5 working days from despatch
- Outside UK estimates are provided goods are not held up in customs at the destination country.
For non Royal Mail couriers that we arrange individually for you, times will be quoted as appropriate.
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
Yes, you can let us know of a change to your delivery address at any point after ordering and before 9am on the day of scheduled despatch. You will receive an automatic email reminder a few days before despatch, which will contain the delivery address we have for you on our records. Please note that address changes to a different country may involve an extra charge for P&P and/or a change in tax amount on your order.
