Making a purchase
You will receive electronic confirmation
of your order as soon as it has been received. You will
then receive notification of despatch within 1 to 2 working
days of your order being processed. Please not that your
order is an offer, rather than a contract, of sale. It should
not be possible for you to place any item in your basket
that is not currently in stock. However, on occassions,
stock levels may be incorrect. Prices and stock availability
will be contractually confirmed with the despatch email
once your items have been successfully packed.
Payment
Eva welcomes payment via debit/credit
cards of the following types: Visa, Visa Electron, Switch,
Solo, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro. All prices
displayed on the site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are
inclusive of 15% VAT. We are happy to accept purchases from
overseas and can ship worldwide. Note that your card company
will charge you for the purchases you make in your local
currency at that date's exchange rate. Any local charges
are your responsibility.
Satisfaction
We do our best to ensure that all
of our descriptions and pictures describe the items for
sale as accurately as possible. However, since many items
are individually handcrafted from natural materials, their
composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown.
All stated dimensions are approximations only. If you are
at all unhappy with your purchase or our service, please
contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify
the situation or arrange for a return.
Returns policy
If the item(s) you have ordered
are unsuitable, you must inform us within 7 days of your
receipt of the goods. We regret that due to health and hygiene
regulations, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings.
In most cases, we are also unable to refund any item that
was specially commissioned and made for you outside of our
current range.
Returns procedure
Send an email to returns (@) evalondon.com
detailing the item(s) you wish to return and indicating
the order reference code (see invoice). We will then issue
you with a returns code which you should write clearly on
the outside of the returns parcel. The parcel should then
be sent back to us at Returns, Springwood House, Spring
Lane, New Mill, Holmfirth HD9 7EH. We strongly recommend
that you ask for a certificate of posting from your post
office. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept reponsibility
for any items lost in transit. Upon receipt, we will be
happy to refund you the full amount of the item(s) or exchange
them, provided they have been returned in perfect condition,
in their original packaging (if applicable) and within 7
days of you receiving your returns code. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items). A refund will not
be possible if the item(s) arrived damaged as a result of
the original packaging not being used. Eva London's decision
is final.
Privacy
We do not under any circumstances
disclose customer details to any third parties.
