Can I see a sample of a ring before I order?

In most of our partner universities, you will be able to view samples of the rings on campus. They can usually be found in the university shop. For a full list of locations, click here. We also regularly attend graduation ceremonies and major alumni events, allowing you to try on samples and order your ring in person. I don’t know my ring size – what should I do?

Whether the ring you are buying is silver or gold, whether it’s set with a ruby or sapphire, there’s nothing more important than making sure the size is right. If you don't know your ring size, please leave this option blank on the order form and we will send you a free ring sizer when you order. Alternatively, to determine your ring size before your order please use one of the methods below:

1. Have your size measured
   If you are currently at one of our partner universities, you may be able to have your ring size measured at your university shop. Click here for a full list of locations. Alternatively, most local jewellery shops should be able to measure your ring-size for you.
2. Request a free ring sizer
   Measure your finger with one of our free ring sizers. They're easy to use and come with full instructions, so you can order your rings from our website with confidence you’re getting the right size. Simply complete the form below to request yours for free before you order, or select 'send me a sizer' when placing your order to receive a sizer by return.

How can I personalise my ring?

All our rings are individually made to order, and can be personalised to suit your tastes. After selecting one of our unique designs, you can choose your metal, stone, finish, and surface engraving (for example, your degree initials or year of graduation.)

We also offer a free inscription of up to 20 characters (including spaces) on the inside of your ring, allowing you to include a personal message or dedication. Your inscription can include letters, numbers and most punctuation. Unfortunately, it is not possible to engrave any special characters. If you have a question about your engraving please do not hesitate to contact us. Occasionally, on smaller ring sizes, the full 20 characters cannot be accommodated. If this is the case, we will contact you for a shorter alternative before beginning production of your ring. In some cases we may be able to fit more than 20 characters on your ring.
