What happens once I've ordered?
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will send you an email confirming your order as soon as it has been processed. Please check this carefully as it includes full details of what you have ordered and also your reference number (beginning RC) which, along with your email address, will enable you to track your order at www.evalondon.com/track.
PRODUCTION & HALLMARKING
Your ring is individually made for you and then hallmarked by the Assay Office. Estimated production and hallmarking time is 6-10 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Each ring is made to your preferences and while typically rings are despatched within 6-8 weeks, production time varies due to the customisable options and can take longer during busy periods.
EMAIL UPDATES
You will receive automatic confirmation whenever payment is taken (where applicable). You will also receive email notification when your ring is in the hallmarking stages to let you know of imminent despatch and a final email on despatch.
DELIVERY
Within UK - delivery is next working day (by 1pm) from despatch.
Western Europe - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days from despatch.
Eastern Europe - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 4 working days from despatch.
Rest of World - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5 working days from despatch
Outside UK estimates are provided goods are not held up in customs at the destination country.
