What are my payment options?

PAYMENT BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD
We welcome payment via debit/credit cards of the following types: Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL (Payment in full on order only)
To pay by PayPal, please select this option when checking out. You can use this option to pay in a couple of clicks without entering card or bank account details, or your delivery address. Please note that to use this option, the payment for your order will be processed in full on ordering. To take advantage of any of our payment plans, please pay by one of our other methods (debit/credit card, bank transfer, cheque).

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER (UK banks)
To pay by bank transfer from a UK bank account (pound sterling), please submit your order online as usual. At the end of the order process, select the 'Click here to pay by Bank Transfer' option and you will be taken to the transfer details page with full bank transfer instructions. Please make sure to include your name or order code as payment reference when making the transfer. If you would like us to send you the full bank transfer details by email, post or over the phone please contact us: orders@evalondon.com / +44 (0)207 148 7060. Once your transfer has been credited, you will receive automatic confirmation via email.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER (International banks)
To pay by bank transfer from an international bank account (not drawn on pound sterling), please submit your order online as usual. At the end of the order process, select the 'Click here to pay by Bank Transfer' option and you will be taken to the transfer details page with full bank transfer instructions. Please be aware that for this method you must opt to pay for all bank charges (both the sender charges and the recipient bank charges). Please make sure to include your name or order code as payment reference when making the transfer. If you would like us to send you the full bank transfer details by email, post or over the phone please contact us: orders@evalondon.com / +44 (0)207 148 7060. Once your transfer has been credited, you will receive automatic confirmation via email.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE (UK only)
Cheques drawn on UK banks (pound sterling) can be used to pay for your order. To use this option, please select this option at the end of the checkout process and follow the instructions given.

PAYMENT PLANS
We have 5 convenient and easy to use payment plans that will suit any budget. Spread the payments for your ring over production, 4 months, 8 months or 1 year, paying from as little as £4 per month (less than £1 per week!). Your options are as follows:
- Pay in full on order
- Pay 50% now and 50% on despatch
- Pay in 4 instalments over 4 months
- Pay in 8 instalments over 8 months
- Pay in 12 instalments over 12 months

Please note that production starts on your ring once 50% of the total payment has been received and despatch will be on completion of the payment plan. In order to receive your ring in the normal length of time it takes for production and hallmarking (6-10 weeks), please opt for payment in full with order or opt to pay 50% on order and 50% on despatch.

Payment plans are flexible - you can change your payment plan part way through or pay off early to receive your ring sooner.

Please note that PayPal checkout is not set up for payment plans so to take advantage of a payment plan please do not checkout with PayPal as it will take the full amount on order!
