How long will my ring take to arrive?

PRODUCTION & HALLMARKING
Your ring is individually made for you and then hallmarked by the Assay Office. Estimated production and hallmarking time is 6-10 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Each ring is made to your preferences and while typically rings are despatched within 6-8 weeks, production time varies due to the customisable options and can take longer during busy periods. If you have a specific occasion in mind, please let us know.

DELIVERY
Within UK - delivery is next working day (by 1pm) from despatch.
Western Europe - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 working days from despatch.
Eastern Europe - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 4 working days from despatch.
Rest of World - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5 working days from despatch

Outside UK estimates are provided goods are not held up in customs at the destination country.

For non Royal Mail couriers that we arrange individually for you, times will be quoted as appropriate.
