RETURNS
All stock items (that have not been personalised) such as charms and cufflinks can be returned for a full refund or exchange provided you have given us written notice within seven working days of receipt. You must notify customer care in writing by either email customercare@evalondon.com or post Customer Care, Eva London, Springwood House, Spring Lane, New Mill, Holmfirth HD9 7EH. On receipt of your notification, customer care will email you a Returns number. Please include this on the outside of your package so that we can process your refund promptly. We recommend that you insure the return delivery as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any loss or damage to them until they are received by us. We also recommend that you use a trackable and secure means to return your order to us and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. All returned items should be sent in their original packaging to: Eva London, Springwood House, Spring Lane, New Mill, Holmfirth HD9 7EH. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to.
For all made to order items you have up to seven days from the date of ordering to cancel your order without charge. We do our best to ensure that all of our descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Since our jewellery is individually handcrafted, each one is unique and as such may vary slightly from the images shown. All stated dimensions are approximations only. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase or our service, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the problem.








Each piece of jewellery ordered raises money for the Union of Brunel Students who provide an invaluable service to students studying at the University.
